There’s a reason that James Akers from Akers Pritchett is one of the top brokers in the midlands and that’s because he really does go above and beyond to get the job done. There’s been more occasions than I can count where there’s been complications and I’m convinced there’s no chance of getting a mortgage but somehow he always seems to work a solution.
